Before launching the App

Q.1 Is there a price to use the App?

This service is a Paid Application. You will be charged at the time of purchase.
You will also be charged for purchasing additional items, but you will not be charged for re-downloading additional items once purchased.
(A separate packet communication fee will be incurred during communication.)

* After uninstalling, please re-download additional items when installing the game again.

Q.2 Does it cost money to re-download the App?

If you reinstall the App with the same OS and the same store account, there will be no charge.
There's also no charge for re-downloading additional items.
* Please note that if the OS is changed due to your device being changed or the Store Account of the device is changed, it will be considered as a new purchase, alongside the additional items.

Q.3 Can I transfer the data?

We are really sorry, we do not offer a data transfer service.
Whenever you reinstall the App, all the stamp acquisition history will be initialized.
* Please note that if the OS is changed due to changing your device or your store account, purchase information etc. won't be transferred, thus getting the App will be considered like a new purchase.

* Please note that the OS / devices not listed above are not covered by warranty / refund and support.
* Please note that SIM-free devices and cheap smartphones are also not supported.

Q.6 When buying the All-in package, will all the additional items be released?

It includes the Holiday Pack, the Girls Talk Pack, the Ruby Selection Pack, the Sapphire Selection Pack.
Everything will be unlocked except 2 Illustrations that are acquired by collecting stamps and satisfying certain specific conditions.

Q.7 The App does not start

Try re-installing the App as it may fix the issue.
Also make sure that your device is part of the supported device as listed here:

Q.8 Is it safe to change the time settings on my device?

Changing your device's time settings may corrupt your App's data.
Please note that we cannot provide support if the data is damaged due to a change in the time settings of your device.

Q.9 After purchasing the app, I cannot complete or start the download.
A.9

Downloading may give issues depending on the communication environment.
Please try downloading again in a place with a good communication environment.

Q.10 I want to delete the Alarm Settings
A.10

If you tap and hold the Alarm you want to delete on the Alarm Settings Screen, the delete button will appear.
You can delete the alarm setting by tapping the delete button.

Q.11 About the Alarm Loop
A.11

The set custom voices will be looped multiple times.

Q.12 I want to stop the voice that is played every time I transit from one screen to another.
A.12

You can stop if by turning off "System Voices" in the Settings Screen of the App.

Q.13 I cannot get more than 1 stamp per day
A.13

You can only acquire one stamp per day.

Q.14 I purchased the All-in Pack, the Holiday Pack, the Girls Talk Pack, the Ruby Selection, the Sapphire Selection, but it's not reflected.
A.14

Downloading may not have been performed correctly due to the communication environment status.
Please attempt downloading again in a place with a good communication environment.
Also, if you purchase additional items, they will be downloaded automatically, but please be aware that if you close the app while downloading it will be not processed correctly.

Q.15 After purchasing an additional item, the download was not successful
A.15

You can download the purchased items again by tapping the [Restore] button in the Shop Screen while being in a place with a good communication environment.

Q.16 In the Album screen, some items are not unlocked despite purchasing all additional items.
A.16

There are 15 illustrations in this App.
The breakdown is as follows.
(1) Default Illustrations: 4
(2) Illustrations unlocked by collecting stamps: 2
(3) Illustrations unlocked by purchasing additional items: 9
That's all.

Q.17 Sometimes the Alarm doesn’t ring
A.17

According to iOS specifications, the alarm may not sound in the following cases.
(1) If the alarm is scheduled to ring while the app is not running, the alarm may not ring.
(2) If the application was not started for a long time, the alarm may not ring.
In the above cases, it will be possile to fix the issue by starting the app once.
Also, the alarm does not ring when the “Good Night Mode” is enabled in the device settings.
