Before launching the App

Q.1Is there a price to use the App?

This service is a paid application. A fee of $7.99 will incur at the time of purchase.
You will also be charged for purchasing additional items, you will not be charged again for downloading again previously purchased items. (Packet communication fees may incur depending on your data plan)

※When uninstalling and installing the App, please use the Restore function to re-download the purchased items.
Q.2Does it cost money to re-download the App?

If you reinstall in the same OS environment and the same store account, there will be no charge.
In addition, there is no charge for re-downloading additional items as well.
* Please note that if the OS is changed due to changing the device or the store account, it will be treated as a new purchase alongside the additional items.
Q.3Can I transfer the data?

We are really sorry, we can't transfer the data.
When the app is reinstalled, the stamp acquisition information and the unlocked illustrations by stamp acquisition will be initialized.
* Please note that if the OS is changed due to changing the device or the store account, purchase informations etc. cannot be transferred. It will be treated as a new purchase alongside the additional items.

Attempt reinstalling the app to improve its performance.

Q.7Is it safe to change the time settings on my device?

Changing the time settings of your device may damage and corrupt the data of the Application.

Please note that we cannot provide support if the data is damaged due to a change in the time settings of the device.

Q.8After purchasing the Application, I can’t download it or the download doesn’t complete.

Downloading may not be perfomed correctly depending on the communication environment.

Please try downloading the Application again with a stable communication environment.

Q.9I want to delete the Alarm settings

  • If you tap and hold the alarm you want to delete on the alarm setting screen, the delete button will appear.
  • You can delete the alarm setting by tapping the delete button.
Q.10About the Alarm’s Loop

  • The 3 Custom Voices will loop 3 times.
  • ※Please note that the loop times are lower than the Android version due to iOS specifications.

▼On Android devices

  • The 3 Custom Voices will loop 5 times.
Q.11I want to stop the voice that plays every time I switch screen.

You can stop by turning off "System Voice" in the "Others" setting menu in the App.
Q.12Is it possible to acquire more than 1 Stamp per day?

You can acquire only 1 Stamp per day.
Q.13I purchased the Familia Pack A and B but the purchase is not reflected.

There is a possibility that the purchased content couldn't be downloaded correctly due to communication environment issues.

Please try to download again while using a stable connection.

Also, if you pruchase additional items, they will be downloaded automatically. However, please be aware that if you close the app while downloading, the data will not be processed correctly.

Q.14After purchasing additional items, the download was not successful.

You can download the purchased items again by tapping the [Restore] button in the shop screen while using a good connection environment.
Q.15Even though I bought all the available content, I still miss something in the Album screen.

The breakdown of all 16 illustrations recorded in this application is as follows.

  • (2) Illustrations released by collecting stamps: 3
  • (3) Illustrations released by purchasing additional items: 8

Q.16Sometimes the Alarm doesn’t ring

According to iOS specifications, the alarm may not sound in the following cases.

  • (1) If the alarm is scheduled to ring while the app is not running, the alarm may not ring.
  • (2) If the application was not started for a long time, the alarm may not ring.
    In the above cases, it will be possile to fix the issue by starting the app once.

Also, the alarm does not ring when the “Good Night Mode” is enabled in the device settings.
